Additional Info
The new HydroGuide HG12 winch has an industry first self-deploying downrigger. The new HG12 puts advanced design to practical use: no more heavy lifting or positioning of cumbersome pieces in constricted manholes - the boom is conveniently raised and lowered by hydraulics and extends to the required length. Support legs are dropped into place and adjusted.
The HG12 is designed to maximize efficiency and minimize setup time and effort. Setup and teardown can be done in minutes, not hours. The bottom line is less labor and potentially more profit. The solid, dual capstan design offers constant pulling force over the entire cable length and helps reduce cable wear. Remote control and a powerful downhole light put the operator in better control of the burst process. In addition, the HydroGuide HG12 is also available with a track option making it a versatile all- terrain unit.

Support legs are dropped into place and adjusted.
The HG12 winch is designed to maximize efficiency and minimize setup time and effort for pipe bursting, slip lining, pipe pulling, cable pulling and swage lining. Setup and tear-down can be done in minutes, not hours. The bottom line is less labor and more profit.
The solid dual capstan design offers constant pulling force over the entire cable length and helps reduce cable wear. A proven bullwheel and planetary drive system provides reliability on the job where it counts.
Remote control and a powerful down hole light put the operator in better control of the burst process.
Optional track units and hydraulic leveling jacks to further simplify setup are also available.
